Specifications of MIG & MAG (CO2) Welding Wire

In Mig & Mag process, argon and helium or a mixture of these gases and inert gases are used in order to protect welding metal and melt. Mig welding process is specially used for welding of metals such as stainless steel, aluminum, nickel and copper.

The procedure for transfer of metal melt into the welding pool is very important step in Mig welding. Although details of metal transfer is not very clear, experts believe that the gravity force and pinch effects play the dominant roles.

This product is manufactured in 3 sizes of 0.8, 1 and 1.2 mm (d) and according to DIN 8559 standard and is sold in the market in two grades of SG2 and SG3.

The product is packed around a plastic spool weighing 15 kgs.
